Terms of Service

By commissioning Fumimik0 & NaiR, you are agreeing to our Terms of Service.

Please read carefully!

Process

Step 1: Receive inquiry

  • Ideas/references

  • Character information

  • Deadline

  • Fumimik0 & NaiR has the right to decline a commission (an explanation will be provided)

Step 2: Concept and send quotation​

  • Finalize the concept and paid 100% of total bill.

  • After finalizing the concept, no major change allowed.

Step 3: Sketch​

Step 4: Lineart

Step 5: Color and render

Product

  • Digital art: PDF and PNG.

  • Traditional art: Soft copy, PDF 300 DPI scanned of 160GSM hard-pressed paper. Customer paid for delivery fee if required hard copy.

Payment

  • Method: Wire transfer (Vietnamese only), Paypal

  • Currency: VND/USD

  • The invoice with a minimum of 50% of total bill will be sent after sketch approval.

  • Deadline: 1 week after receiving the invoice. The commission will NOT be continued before the payment.

cancellation &Refund Policy

  • Customer cancel: 

    • Step 1 & Step 2: refund 100%​

    • Step 3: 50%

    • Step 4 & 5: No refund

  • Fumimik0& NaiR cancel in case of undavoidable reasons: refund 100%

Copyright Policy

  • The customer: 

    • Must not alter the artwork nor using AI directly or indirectly (edit, recolor, change detail, etc.)

    • Must not claim the work as their own or someone else other than Fumimik0 & NaiR.

    • May use the artwork for non-commercial and non-promotional purposes.

    • Commercial work must have prior agreement.

  • Fumimik0 & NaiR:

    • Has full rights to the original artwork including the usage for portfolio/social media/promotion.
